Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg-Motor-Control MINISEMI-220/20-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electra product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the E242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E552090890004 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6A66465 by Manufacturer Electra as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elco Brand 2KMC301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electrocam-Corp. such as 6000SER equipment made by Electrocam-Corp. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrocam-Corp. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrocam-Corp." in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L150A24 made by Elco as well as the popular 6440280762 original spares produced by Electro-Craft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TC2TEMP by Judson-Tc-200 and 6000SER spares by Electrocam-Corp. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPC21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress--Hauser.
